About the Sales Development Program Trainee Role

Nestlé is offering the Sales & Beyond Program, a 4-week internship designed for university graduates and final-year bachelor's students seeking practical experience in sales within the food and beverage industry. This program provides an introduction to corporate functions with a specific emphasis on sales.

Program Structure and Learning Approach

The program utilizes a hybrid learning model, combining experiential learning with work-shadowing opportunities. This approach is intended to offer participants a comprehensive understanding of key corporate operations, particularly within the sales domain.

Program Schedule and Location

The Sales & Beyond Program will take place from August 2 to August 27, 2026. The daily schedule runs from Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The program is based at the Nestlé Office in Jeddah. Participants will also engage in field visits to customer locations to gain direct exposure to daily operational activities.

Target Audience and Experience Level

This internship is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. It is specifically designed for recent university graduates and senior year bachelor's students who are eager to develop foundational sales skills in a large, established company.

Geographic Scope

The program operates within the Makkah Region, with activities centered in Jeddah and Makkah.
