About the Sales Manager Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to driving group sales and ensuring memorable guest experiences through effective client engagement and strategic sales initiatives.

Contribution to Hospitality

The Sales Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality by generating and managing group sales. This involves not only achieving sales targets but also ensuring that every guest's stay is enhanced through dedicated service and tailored solutions, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies, analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
  • Manage booking details, coordinating customer requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.
