Join Hilton, a leader in global hospitality, as a Security Superhero in the Makkah Region. In this crucial role, you will ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members, and contractors on the hotel property.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain constant vigilance over hotel operations and premises.
  • Document incidents and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to security, surveillance, and fire systems.
  • Review incidents to prevent re-occurrences.
  • Train and supervise the Security Team, organizing work schedules and policies.
  • Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team.
Qualifications:
  • Previous security experience is preferable.
  • Knowledge of planning and enforcing security systems.
  • Valid qualifications in fire safety and first aid.
  • Excellent communication skills and personal presentation.
