About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate - DrConnect Operations to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to supporting the end-to-end physician onboarding process and ensuring efficient ongoing operational administration within the DrConnect framework. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on maintaining seamless clinic operations and compliance.

Candidate Pipeline and Interview Coordination

  • Review applications and required documents for completeness against screening checklists.
  • Maintain an accurate candidate pipeline tracker, detailing status, stage, missing items, and next actions.
  • Support shortlisting by organizing candidate packs and flagging gaps or risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling end-to-end, including availability collection, sending invites, reminders, and managing meeting links or rooms.
  • Prepare and share interview materials, tracking feedback submission and outcomes.
  • Monitor reschedules and cancellations, proactively resolving any scheduling conflicts.

Candidate Communication and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for candidates through official channels.
  • Send clear updates, next steps, and document requests with specified timelines and instructions.
  • Log all communications and maintain a record of candidate inquiries and their resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding dependencies such as approvals, decision timelines, and missing inputs.

Induction, Onboarding, and Compliance Administration

  • Maintain and publish induction materials on the platform, ensuring correct versions, access, and instructions.
  • Track induction and assessment completion, following up on any overdue items.
  • Coordinate onboarding events and logistics, including HIS/EHR training, mock cases, shadowing, and buddy assignments.
  • Provide administrative guidance to new joiners during onboarding and resolve routine issues.
  • Collect, verify, and organize required documents for licensing and credentialing processes.
  • Support submission processes and track status, following up with relevant teams as needed.
  • Coordinate privilege requests and updates aligned to classification and scope.
  • Maintain renewal trackers and prompt timely renewals and updates for compliance.

Digital Readiness and Clinic Operational Support

  • Request and track provisioning for all required digital systems.
  • Coordinate with IT and support teams to unblock delays and confirm functional access.
  • Maintain a standardized "digital readiness checklist" for each physician.
  • Manage provider schedules and capacity plans, ensuring updates reflect current staffing, privileges, and availability.
  • Coordinate changes such as leave, rescheduling, and coverage needs, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to clinic operations, handling physician requests from triage to closure.
  • Track attendance and performance inputs as required, coordinating OVR/escalations with the reporting team where applicable.
  • Maintain an operational log of requests, blockers, resolutions, and recurring issues.
