Senior Bartender

About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a Senior Bartender to oversee daily bar operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on maintaining high standards of beverage quality, service, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Senior Bartender will ensure efficient beverage preparation and service while upholding company standards for food safety, hygiene, and responsible service practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure high standards of beverage quality and customer service.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible service practices.
• Support the Bar Manager or Restaurant Management in supervising the bar team.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth operations, particularly during busy periods.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Contribute to inventory control, stock management, and cost control efforts.
• Minimize waste in beverage preparation and service.
• Handle customer requests professionally and resolve service issues effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a bartending role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
