Idaratech Platform is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position focuses on enhancing employee performance and scaling the Learning & Development function within the organization.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will lead and manage learning and development initiatives across all departments, with a significant emphasis on sales enablement. This role is crucial for designing and delivering impactful training programs aimed at improving overall employee performance, particularly in the areas of ERP systems and SaaS solutions. The specialist will leverage strong HR expertise and a clear understanding of the sales cycle to bolster sales team effectiveness and contribute to revenue growth. A key aspect of this role involves building and scaling the L&D function, identifying skill gaps, and driving continuous development aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis across all departments.
• Design and deliver a variety of training programs, including technical, behavioral, and sales-focused modules.
• Develop structured onboarding journeys for new hires, with a particular focus on the sales team.
• Provide support for sales team development throughout the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Demonstrated experience with SaaS or ERP systems.
• Strong exposure to HR practices and employee development methodologies.

Preferred Certifications

• Certification in Training of Trainers (ToT).
