About the Role

Raytheon, a global leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a Sr. Patriot DTE Technician to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the operation, maintenance, and reliability of Patriot Depot Test Equipment (DTE), ensuring the effective testing, diagnosis, and maintenance of radar and electronic systems while adhering to technical, quality, and safety standards.

Role Overview

The Sr. Patriot DTE Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational readiness of critical defense systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electronic systems and test equipment to perform diagnostic and repair functions. The technician will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities comply with established protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain test consoles, including PAT 244M, PAT244+, and Cooler Liquid Electron Tube (CLET) - Transmitter Pumping Unit (TPU) Test Station (TS).
Track, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in radar cooling equipment using designated test consoles.
Track, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in the Patriot radar transmitter group electronic parts using test consoles.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on test consoles.
Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
Prepare and submit maintenance reports and Systems Problem Reports (SPRs).
Undertake other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics from an accredited college or institute.
Must be a Saudi national.
A minimum of 8 years of prior experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing Depot Test Equipment (DTE).
Ability to read and interpret technical references and engineering documents.
Comprehensive knowledge of measuring devices and their application in fault diagnosis.
