About the Strategy Manager Role at IBRAQ

IBRAQ is seeking a highly experienced Strategy Manager to lead the day-to-day design, analysis, and execution management of its corporate strategy function. This full-time role, based in Makkah and covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah, requires over 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Impact

This is a foundational position responsible for establishing and operationalizing IBRAQ's strategic framework. The Strategy Manager will translate executive direction into structured analysis, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes across the Group's three business sectors. This role carries direct ownership of building the analytical backbone of the organization, shaping how strategy is developed, cascaded, and tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of corporate strategic analysis, including market, competitive, financial, and internal capability assessments, to support group strategy.
• Build and maintain the Balanced Scorecard, strategic objectives, and OKR cascade across corporate, sector, and departmental levels.
• Manage the strategic initiative portfolio, including prioritization, business case review, and performance tracking against ROI.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly strategic performance reports and periodic Strategic Reviews.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of analytical output.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Office of Strategy & Transformation and sector leadership on strategic alignment matters.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building or operating Balanced Scorecard / OKR frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and strategic analysis tools (*, Excel, PowerBI).
• Demonstrated experience in change management and transformation management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-sector holding company environments.
• Professional certification in strategy or performance management (*, CSCA, Balanced Scorecard Professional, OKRs, KPIs, Procsi).
