IBIS is seeking a Tamayyaz Reservation Agent to join our team in Makkah. This full-time role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals who are eager to embark on a career in hospitality and contribute to a guest-focused environment. The agent will play a crucial role in managing reservation processes and ensuring a positive experience for all guests from their initial inquiry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries professionally via phone, email, and various online platforms.
• Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and specific requests are diligently noted.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with precise and helpful information.
• Collaborate effectively with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive guest experience from booking through to check-out.
