The Tax Compliance Role

TCS is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time Tax Compliance role in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations within the organization. The successful candidate will manage various tax obligations and contribute to maintaining robust tax records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
• Manage obligations related to VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax.
• Maintain comprehensive tax records and provide support during audits.
• Liaise effectively with tax authorities to resolve tax-related matters.
• Monitor changes in tax law and assess their potential impact on business operations.
• Identify potential tax risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed tax reports and provide regular compliance updates to management.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, VAT/GST, and relevant tax regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP systems is required.
• Demonstrated experience with tax reporting and compliance software.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
