About the Role

SDGs @ IsDB Group is seeking a Technical Support Officer (IT Systems and Business Analytics Support) to join their team. This contract position, based in Jeddah or Makkah within the Makkah region, is instrumental in supporting the Project Procurement and Financial Management (PPFM) Department's digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on systems administration, automation, business intelligence, and data analytics functions.

Technical Support and System Administration

The Technical Support Officer provides essential technical and administrative support across various platforms and operational workflows. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing user support for JIRA, SAP, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ePP, ePFM, OMS, and related platforms.
• Managing user access and permissions in adherence to governance and security requirements.
• Coordinating with the IMDT and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
• Maintaining system documentation, user guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Monitoring clearance workflows and preparing delay tracking reports.
• Supporting divisional committees through coordination and reporting.
• Maintaining internal platforms, collaboration sites, and information repositories.
• Providing analytical and operational support to PPFM colleagues and other units as required.

Digital Transformation and System Enhancement

This role actively contributes to the department's digital transformation journey, focusing on automation and system development. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the automation of procurement, financial management, and administrative workflows.
• Assisting in the design, testing, and deployment of digital solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve PPFM operations.
• Contributing to enhancements in procurement processing, contract management, and compliance tracking systems.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements.
• Liaising with IMDT and business stakeholders on procurement and PFM solutions.
• Supporting user acceptance testing, system validation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Designing and maintaining customized reporting solutions while ensuring data governance.

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

The officer will manage data and generate insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Key tasks involve:

• Managing procurement and financial management data within OMS and related systems.
• Developing dashboards, analytical reports, and performance monitoring tools using Power BI and other BI platforms.
• Conducting workload, resource allocation, and country portfolio analyses.
• Generating management information and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Providing data inputs for institutional reports, management reviews, and performance monitoring exercises.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical support, systems administration, business analytics, or a related IT field. Proficiency with the specified platforms (JIRA, SAP, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ePP, ePFM, OMS) is essential.
