Alesayiah Holding is seeking a Training & Performance Management Professional to join its HR team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing training and development initiatives, performance management processes, employee development plans, and HR systems. The role ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and requires strong experience in multinational organizations, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of training, performance management, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement annual training and development plans based on business and employee needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills and competency gaps across departments.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end training cycle, including scheduling, nominations, attendance, evaluations, and training records.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training programs.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion across all departments.
  • Support managers and employees in setting SMART objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor performance evaluation results and identify development opportunities.
  • Prepare performance management reports, dashboards, and analysis for management.
  • Support the development and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Maintain accurate employee training and performance records within HR systems.
  • Utilize HR systems and ERP platforms to manage employee data, training, and performance-related processes.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes are aligned with company policies and best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations related to training and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, department heads, and managers to address employee development and performance needs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to training and performance management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in Training & Performance Management.
  • Strong experience in multinational organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of training, performance management, and HR processes.
