About the Role

Bright House RealEstate is seeking a Maintenance and Operations Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is focused on selling maintenance and operations services to both residential and commercial clients, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess their property maintenance needs.
• Prepare service proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with clients to close deals.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with agreements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction with services provided.
• Address and resolve any service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Report on sales performance regularly.
• Participate in training sessions on new products and services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and service processes.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, deal closing, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets in maintenance and operations services.
• Experience in Training, particularly in explaining service offerings, processes, and best practices to clients and team members.
• A background in real estate, facilities management, or property maintenance is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in proposals, contracts, and documentation.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, requiring direct engagement with clients and internal teams to deliver maintenance and operations services.
