About the Role

جمعية ابتسم لخدمات طب الأسنان التطوعية is seeking a Therapeutic Programs Supervisor to oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of therapeutic programs within the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a dental professional with significant experience in both clinical and administrative capacities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the progress of therapeutic programs and monitor the implementation of plans and initiatives.
• Ensure the delivery of services adheres to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, in line with approved policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate between medical and administrative teams.
• Monitor performance indicators and the quality of services provided.
• Prepare periodic reports on program status and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of procedures and the improvement of operational efficiency and beneficiary experience.
• Organize and monitor therapeutic schedules and activities, ensuring compliance with approved protocols and policies.
• Address operational challenges and conduct regular meetings with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with external entities, partners, and stakeholders.
• Participate in the development of new therapeutic programs, initiatives, awareness activities, and training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry and Oral Surgery from an accredited university.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in the field of dentistry, coupled with relevant administrative or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate programs, projects, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management, planning, monitoring, team leadership, and performance measurement.
• Experience in preparing reports, performance indicators, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and interact efficiently with medical and administrative teams, partners, and beneficiaries.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who possess one or more of the following:

• Certified professional or administrative certifications in project management, such as PMP or equivalent.
• Additional qualifications or certifications in healthcare management, business administration, leadership, quality, or project management.
• Previous experience in managing or operating medical complexes or dental clinics.
• Experience in supervising therapeutic programs or managing healthcare operations and services.
• Prior experience in the charitable or non-profit sector, particularly in health and therapeutic programs and initiatives.
• Experience in managing health initiatives and projects, and coordinating with funding bodies, partners, and service providers.
