Job Description
Evening working hours only from 2 PM-10 PM
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the company's entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. This role will source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, assess skills and qualifications, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Recruitment Officer will be particularly keen on attracting talent that aligns with the company's culture and values, as well as possessing a passion for health and nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify required qualifications and skills.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels (*, online job boards, social media, career fairs, recruitment agencies).
- Write and post compelling and accurate job advertisements.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidate skills and abilities through behavioral interviews and other assessment methods.
- Verify references and conduct background checks on candidates.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate employment terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and professional communities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment performance.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay up-to-date with best recruitment practices and market trends.
- Contribute to new employee onboarding and orientation efforts.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the restaurant sector.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and managers.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Arabic and a good level of English.
- Passion for health and nutrition and an understanding of the company's culture and values.

Working Hours
- Evening working hours from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
