About the Internal Medicine Registrar Position

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Registrar to join its medical team in Khamis Mushayt, Asir. This full-time position is designed for medical professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of various internal medical conditions. The Registrar plays a crucial role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and providing essential medical guidance.

Core Patient Management Responsibilities

  • Assess patients thoroughly and document all findings accurately.
  • Design and execute individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients on their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and proper medication usage.
  • Provide counseling to patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare pertinent to their individual cases.
  • Order and meticulously review the results of patient diagnostic tests and investigations.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications for patients.
  • Fulfill all obligations related to maintaining comprehensive patient records.
  • Perform additional tasks based on specialty and clinical privileges, in accordance with training, experience, skills, and Saudi Health Council guidelines.

Clinical Governance and Quality Adherence

  • Adhere to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures, Bylaws, Strategic Plan, Rules, and Regulations.
  • Comply with the mission, vision, goals, and practice guidelines of NCC.
  • Maintain strict adherence to CBAHI standards of care.
  • Comply with clinical and departmental structure standards, including attendance requirements.
  • Integrate population factors such as heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into patient care.
  • Ensure practice is evidence-based and aligned with current medical knowledge.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Actively participate in all assigned NCC Committees and Task Forces.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other NCC departments, local agencies, vendors, patients, their families, and other interested parties.

Continuous Professional Growth

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and program evaluation activities to ensure compliance with Clinical, MOH, and CBAHI quality standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous professional development of junior staff.
  • Develop, participate in, and support active Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for the Section, Department, or Clinic as assigned, including rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position is based entirely indoors. The work schedule consists of six working days per week, with one day off. Daily working hours are 8 net hours, structured according to a shift schedule approved by the Head of Department. Completion of fire safety requirements is mandatory.
