Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and process check-ins and check-outs for all guests.
  • Handle guest information updates and ensure efficient cashiering duties.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Manage guest room key card issuance and maintain security controls.
  • Support various front office operations including foreign exchange, night audits, and guest communications.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a University Degree in Hotel Management and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a star hotel. Candidates should be smartly groomed, friendly, and maintain a cheerful disposition.

  • Video Playback: Retrieve recorded footage upon request for investigation purposes or for guests or staff inquiries, adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Collaboration with Security Team: Coordinate with other members of the security team to ensure comprehensive security coverage, especially during high-traffic times or events.
  • Access Control Support: Assist with access control procedures by monitoring and reporting on any unauthorized access attempts or breaches.
  • Compliance with Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to surveillance monitoring, data protection, and security protocols.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies or security situations by providing timely visual information to assist security personnel.

Qualifications:
