About Al-Ghad College of Applied Medical Sciences:

About the Position:
We are seeking an English language lecturer to join our team. This is a full-time position at Al-Ghad College for Applied Medical Sciences located in Medina. The working hours are 48 hours per week.

Qualifications:
  • Applicants must have a Master's degree in English (Applied linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, Linguistics, English Literature) with at least two years of experience in education or training.
  • Alternatively, holders of a bachelor's degree in English language may apply, provided they obtain a CELTA certificate and have at least five years of experience in education or training.

Skills:
  • Excellent English pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar skills.
  • Confidence and skills to deliver motivating and engaging lessons to students.
  • Ability to develop teaching materials and conduct assessments.
  • Knowledge of the latest teaching methodologies and technology integration in the classroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the college’s vision and mission through educational and training programs.
  • Teach assigned courses and conduct practical exercises and lessons.
  • Participate in exam-related work including setting questions, grading, and reviews.
  • Engage in the development and improvement of college programs.
  • Maintain discipline in classrooms and labs, and foster student enthusiasm for learning.
