Join Yamam Investment Team as a Finishes Engineer in Real Estate Development Projects.

We are looking for a professional Finishes Engineer to undertake the following tasks:

• Prepare architectural shop drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with approved design, local codes, and requirements.
• Coordinate between different disciplines (structural, electrical, mechanical).
• Prepare facade shop drawings, including materials and technical details.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications for interior and exterior finishes.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings.
• Review executed works on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Document site modifications and monitor the accurate execution of interior design and facade works.
• Review and approve material samples and finishes, and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Prepare Material Submittals & Finish Schedules.
• Manage technical documents and archive project drawings and documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of practical experience in architectural and finishes works.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of Saudi codes and design and execution standards.
• High skills in communication, coordination, and technical work management.
