Join Yamam Investment Team as a Finishes Engineer in Real Estate Development Projects.We are looking for a professional Finishes Engineer to undertake the following tasks:
- Prepare architectural shop drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with approved design, local codes, and requirements.
- Coordinate between different disciplines (structural, electrical, mechanical).
- Prepare facade shop drawings, including materials and technical details.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications for interior and exterior finishes.
- Prepare As-Built Drawings.
- Review executed works on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Document site modifications and monitor the accurate execution of interior design and facade works.
- Review and approve material samples and finishes, and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Prepare Material Submittals & Finish Schedules.
- Manage technical documents and archive project drawings and documents.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of practical experience in architectural and finishes works.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of Saudi codes and design and execution standards.
- High skills in communication, coordination, and technical work management.
