  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in innovative menu concepts creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, especially Middle Eastern and Saudi Arabian.
  • Understanding of halal food preparation and local dietary restrictions.
  • Current Food Safety Certification (*, ServSafe).
