الوصف الوظيفي:

الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
  • تجهيز كاميرات التصوير الفوتوغرافي وتجهيز كاميرات التصوير الرقمي.
  • دراسة موضوع الصورة وتحليل موقع وظروف التقاطها.
  • اختيار الكاميرا وضبط عوامل التصوير مثل المسافة وفتحة العدسة.
  • تحميض وتظهير الصور الفوتوغرافية.
  • معالجة الصور الرقمية وطباعة الصور.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل وتوثيقها وحفظها.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • بكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي والوسائط الرقمية.
  • بكالوريوس في التصوير الفوتوغرافي.

متطلبات الخبرة:
نحتاج إلى خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التصوير الفوتوغرافي.

المهارات:
  • التفوق في العمل مع الصور الرقمية.
  • قدرات متقدمة في الطباعة الرقمية.
  • معرفة تقنية بكاميرات الفيديو الرقمية.
  • مهارات إعداد التقارير.
  • التقاط الصور بدقة واحترافية.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell a range of precast concrete products, including Hollow Core Slabs, Precast Walls (Solid / Sandwich / Architectural), Beams, Columns, Stairs, and other precast elements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with technical office, production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients when required.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driving license.
