Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring adherence to standard recipes and presentation requirements for consistent quality.

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HACCP Intermediate certification (mandatory).

• Familiarity with food service standards and strong communication skills.

You will be required to stand for long periods and can expect to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred while English is necessary.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Housekeeping Operations and Opera Property Management System is preferred.
• Post-Secondary education is a plus.

What you'll do:

• Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints with the KONE team.
• Document and maintain customer and contact information.
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
• Identify customer needs and align them with KONE’s solutions.
• Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in the Saudi market.
• Experience in the elevators & escalators industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer focus and proven sales record.
• CRM experience is preferred.
