The Role of Publishing Manager

Saqf Books is seeking a Publishing Manager to join its team in Al Madinah. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medina, responsible for overseeing the entire publishing process. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing editorial workflows from beginning to end.
• Coordinating with authors, editors, designers, and printers to ensure smooth manuscript progression.
• Developing and managing publishing schedules.
• Monitoring production timelines and quality standards.
• Ensuring all releases align with Saqf Books’ literary and cultural vision.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on launch plans and title promotion.
• Gathering feedback from readers and partners to inform future publishing decisions.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in publishing or a related field.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Medina, Al Madinah. The Publishing Manager will work directly within the Saqf Books environment, contributing to the company's mission to foster intellectual dialogue and literary culture.
