The ideal candidate will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef on planning production and developing seasonal offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen
• Ensure excellent quality of dessert offerings
• Bring creativity to pastry offerings
• Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
