About the Role

Adecco is recruiting for a Service Manager to join a prominent engineering organization based in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for overseeing and enhancing maintenance and service operations, ensuring high standards of delivery and client satisfaction within the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer large-scale maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and service level agreements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams of 15 to 40 employees, fostering a productive and efficient service environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of service operations, focusing on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, specifically with Saudi clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of contract management principles, operational best practices, and effective client handling strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in maintenance or service operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large maintenance contracts and working with Saudi clients.
  • Proven experience leading teams of 15–40 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, operations, and client handling.
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Elevator systems, airport systems, or direct experience with Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs) at airports.
  • Specialization in Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs) and airport ground support equipment, such as PCR and VDGS.

Location

This full-time position is based in Al Madinah (Medina), Saudi Arabia.
