Markaz Al-Hijaz Kitchen & Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative, Catering and Livestock to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on expanding our market presence and driving sales in the catering and livestock sectors.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to attract new clients, cultivate relationships with existing customers, and effectively market our catering services and livestock products. The Sales Representative will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, contributing to revenue growth, and expanding the company's market share within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct field visits and meetings with clients to present offerings.
• Professionally market and showcase the company's services and products.
• Prepare price quotations and follow up on approvals to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitor contract execution in coordination with relevant departments.
• Follow up on receivables collection in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on client visits, sales opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and commercial meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of practical experience in sales, preferably within the catering, livestock, or food sectors.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to undertake field work.
• A network of relationships with catering companies, hotels, Hajj and Umrah companies, government entities, and contractors is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proven capability to build relationships and effectively persuade clients.
• Proficiency in preparing and tracking price offers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
