The Role of Architect Engineer

Zarqa Al-Yamama Real Estate Development is seeking an Architect Engineer to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The Architect Engineer will be responsible for developing architectural designs and drawings for various residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
• Review design proposals to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor and ensure the quality of implementation.
• Collaborate with external consultants on various project aspects.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support value engineering and sustainability initiatives within projects.
