About the Role: D Art Director

Professional Pioneers is seeking a D Art Director to lead the creative direction for exhibitions, conferences, and events. This full-time position requires a candidate based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves delivering innovative, high-quality, and production-ready concepts while managing a team of 3D designers and ensuring excellence throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3D design team across multiple projects.
• Develop and review creative concepts, 3D designs, renders, and presentations.
• Ensure all designs are innovative, practical, and aligned with production requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings and execution files.
• Coordinate with project management and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Mentor designers and maintain high creative and technical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• Saudi national.
• 2+ years of experience in 3D design, including leadership experience.
• Proven experience in the exhibitions, conferences, and events industry.

Technical Skills Required

• Expert proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Advanced proficiency in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
• Experience with animation and real-time visualization tools (*, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion).
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, materials, fabrication, and production processes.

Essential Competencies

Candidates must possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A strong understanding of pre-production processes and the ability to effectively mentor a design team are crucial for success in this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, specifically serving clients in Jeddah and Makkah. Candidates should be willing to relocate to the area if not already based there.
