About Amad Capital and the Opportunity

Amad Capital is an investment advisory firm providing comprehensive wealth advisory services to select ultra-high-net-worth families in Saudi Arabia. The firm delivers independent, conflict-free guidance across public markets, private investments, and real asset portfolios, acting as a dedicated fiduciary partner. As Amad Capital builds its finance function from the ground up, it is seeking a detail-driven Accountant to be a core member of the team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working directly with the CFO, the Accountant will manage the firm's day-to-day accounting operations across a multi-entity group. This hands-on role involves bookkeeping, billing, reconciliations, expense processing, and providing support for tax and audit functions. The position offers direct mentorship and a clear growth path towards Senior Analyst and Finance Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and the general ledger; perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payment runs, and manage accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and issue client invoices, track payment statuses, and follow up on collections.
  • Review and process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards.
  • Support VAT and Zakat (ZATCA) filings, withholding tax, GOSI, and payroll processes.
  • Maintain intercompany records and reconciliations across group entities.
  • Keep audit-ready records and support the annual external audit.
  • Assist in building and documenting finance processes, controls, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; outstanding fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping fundamentals and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of Saudi VAT/Zakat (ZATCA) requirements.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and integrity when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern digital accounting systems.
  • SOCPA membership/track, or CPA/ACCA in progress.
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or a multi-entity environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll/GOSI and e-invoicing (FATOORAH).

What We Offer

Amad Capital offers a competitive salary and performance bonus, comprehensive health insurance, GOSI, and 30 days of annual leave. The firm also provides support for professional development (SOCPA / CPA / ACCA) and a defined growth path from Accountant to Senior Financial Analyst to Finance Manager.
