About the Role

wowJobs is seeking an experienced Associate Business Manager (ABM) to join an IT Software company in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-8 years of experience and focuses on partner enablement and customer success, contributing to the digital transformation of Saudi Arabia's SME sector.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for onboarding and empowering new partners, guiding them towards operational independence. You will also engage directly with customers to drive deep product adoption. This involves acting as a consultant, mentor, and business strategist to support partner growth and customer engagement.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Onboard approximately 3–4 new partners monthly.
• Support partner hiring, training, and strategic growth until they achieve operational independence.
• Guide partners through lead generation and effective positioning strategies.
• Participate in joint customer meetings to facilitate at least 4 assisted sales closures.
• Analyze customer workflows in collaboration with partners.
• Map customer requirements to the organization's capabilities.
• Drive deeper product utilization among customers.
• Build strong customer relationships that generate organic referrals.
• Document impactful success stories, detailing before-and-after business scenarios.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2–8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or customer success.
• A strong understanding of B2B purchasing behavior, SME operations, and tailoring solutions to MSME needs.
• A proven track record in proactive lead generation, stakeholder management, and objection handling.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Exceptional communication skills.
