About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Barista to join the team of a well-known coffee shop in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality coffee and an exceptional customer experience within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess strong coffee preparation skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality and adhere to standard recipes and preparation procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Accurately take customer orders and process cash and card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar and customer service areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment as required.
• Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop/hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Location

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah.
