About the Role

Ghithaa is seeking a Brand Communications Specialist to join its team in Makkah, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on defining and executing brand strategy, managing visual experiences, and overseeing integrated media planning. The specialist will ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and drive effective communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute brand positioning, campaign messaging frameworks, and long-term brand equity strategy.
• Establish, update, and govern Brand Guidelines across all channels, ensuring consistent visual and verbal identity.
• Lead creative direction and copywriting standards for masterbrand campaigns, seasonal activations, and tactical promotions.
• Own the visual branding strategy for the core app experience, including the design and rollout of seasonal themes, splash screens, banners, and promotional tiles.
• Partner with Product and UI/UX design teams to establish visual design systems for new product features, loyalty programs, and sub-brands.
• Translate brand objectives into multi-channel media strategies, defining channel roles, targeting parameters, and budget allocations.
• Oversee media execution and technical setup, including deep-linking, attribution modeling, and tracking taxonomies.
• Optimize the total media mix across paid social, performance channels, OOH, and influencer marketing.
• Manage creative, media, and PR agencies by setting clear briefs, review processes, production timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of digital, video, print, and out-of-home (OOH) assets.
• Track and report on core brand-health metrics, including Top-of-Mind (TOM) awareness, Consideration, Brand Preference, Brand Lift, and Share of Voice (SOV).
• Monitor campaign execution, pacing, and budget run rates in real time to optimize performance.
• Oversee organic brand communications, PR announcements, and brand reputation initiatives.
• Align Brand & Communications goals with divisional OKRs and overarching business targets.
• Manage the brand communications budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and accurate financial forecasting.
• Mentor and manage direct reports, establishing high-performance standards and continuous development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in brand communications, marketing, or a related field. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of brand strategy, media planning, and creative production processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves collaboration with internal marketing stakeholders, product teams, and external agency partners.
