Your primary responsibility will be to detail all business requirements for downstream digital solutions, actively participate in solutions design stages including ideation, design sprints, and user interviews. You will synthesize information and end-user requirements to define features and software functionalities, assisting in designing customer journeys as well as steering digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions.
• Participate in solution ideation, design sprints, and user interviews.
• Benchmark industry best practices and existing market solutions.
• Assist the product owner in detailing features and user stories.
