About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team in Makkah or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves handling customer inquiries and providing comprehensive support from initial contact through to case resolution. The position is suitable for entry-level candidates with 0-1 years of experience, emphasizing strong language proficiency and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate, clear information.
• Manage customer complaints, ensure proper documentation, and escalate complex cases as necessary.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately update customer data and record detailed notes within the system.
• Adhere to established quality standards and meet specified response time requirements (SLA).

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience required (0-1 years), making it ideal for entry-level candidates.
• Proficiency in the required languages for customer interaction.
• Good computer skills, including familiarity with email, data entry, and MS Office applications.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in either Makkah or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
