The Role of Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Manager to join its team in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time position is central to maintaining and enhancing quality control operations within the company. The Laboratory Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient oversight of the Quality Control team, ensuring the integration of advanced techniques and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure that the latest techniques in the field are introduced and adopted within laboratory operations.
• Engage and implement principles of continual improvement across all quality control processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Laboratory Manager position should possess the following:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• A proven track record of delivering results against established objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects that require cross-functional approaches.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in either Makkah or Rabigh. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic environment, contributing to the quality assurance framework of a leading food and beverage manufacturer.
