Role Overview

As a Receptionist, you will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient communication within the organization. This role is essential for managing incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining critical communication logs, thereby contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the department.

Core Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the respective departments to relay messages and information.
• Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of all relevant issues pertaining to the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or High School qualification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front office role.

Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated customer focus with a professional and positive temperament.
• High level of computer proficiency.
