About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Training Officer to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating training programs within the Poultry BU, ensuring effective delivery of training objectives through meticulous administrative support and database management.

Key Responsibilities

The Training Officer will oversee the coordination of training programs for the Poultry Business Unit. This includes maintaining an accurate training database, processing relevant documentation, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The role is critical in ensuring the integrity of the training database and the successful achievement of training goals.

Core Duties

  • Coordinate training programs within the Poultry BU.
  • Maintain and manage the training database.
  • Process training-related documents accurately.
  • Provide administrative support for training initiatives.
  • Ensure an error-free training database.
  • Support the effective delivery of training objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG, Training, or Education sectors.
  • Knowledge of the training cycle.
