The Role of Training Officer

Almarai is seeking a Training Officer to join its team, specifically to coordinate training programs within the company's Seafood business. This full-time position is based in Makkah and Rabigh. The role is central to ensuring the efficient administration and delivery of training objectives by maintaining accurate records and providing essential support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs specifically for the Seafood business unit.
• Maintain and update the training database to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
• Process all necessary documents related to training activities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of training initiatives.
• Contribute to the effective delivery of training objectives through diligent support and record-keeping.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain databases accurately.
• Proficiency in document processing and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to support training program coordination.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be based in one of Almarai's facilities located in Makkah or Rabigh.
