Join Rotana Hotels as a General Cashier
At Rotana, we pride ourselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic finance professionals to fill the role of General Cashier at our Mecca location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and reconcile deposited envelopes from the Front Office safe on a daily basis.
  • Report any missing envelopes to the Director of Finance or Financial Controller immediately.
  • Liaise with the money exchange company to exchange foreign currency for local currency.
  • Check each item in the envelope against the enclosed list and record any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized safe.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a degree in hotel management or accounting, along with at least one year of experience in a hotel environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy are essential, while prior knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM, and SUN System is a plus.

Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented with a positive attitude, able to think laterally and analytically, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Additional competencies include adaptability and a strong customer focus.
