The Role of Chef de Partie

Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its full-time team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes and contributing to memorable guest experiences through culinary excellence and the warmth of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and test dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise line cooks and provide support to the kitchen team as needed, particularly in the absence of senior chefs, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across all work areas, ensuring they are free of cross-contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation in compliance with food safety standards.
• Contribute to cost management efforts, including controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
• Uphold all regulatory standards related to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness, ensuring the wellbeing of both guests and team members.

Required Experience and Attributes
