About the Role

Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Client Advisor to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering a premium client experience and fostering lasting relationships within the luxury retail environment.

Role Purpose

The primary mission of the Client Advisor is to provide a personalized client experience, demonstrating expertise while building long-term relationships. This involves understanding client desires and aspirations to cultivate client loyalty and advocacy for the Maison.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by greeting clients, maintaining outstanding service standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
• Collaborate with boutique and local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
• Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available tools effectively.
• Achieve and aim to exceed sales targets consistently, adhering to retail guidelines.
• Master the sales ceremony, engaging clients through effective questioning and active listening to understand their needs.
• Manage negotiations and objections professionally.
• Provide assistance and support to after-sales clients in line with Maison values.
• Offer recommendations and act as a referent to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain knowledge of industry news and competitor activities.
• Communicate about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
• Provide detailed descriptions of Maison pieces and collections, including construction, materials, care, and design.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of Maison collections to promote the uniqueness of timepieces and adapt the approach to individual clients.

Boutique Operations

• Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison, and boutique.
• Assist with the daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique and report any maintenance issues.
• Support merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
• Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
• Provide assistance with special projects as needed, such as price changes or back-office support.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within luxury retail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a client-centric approach, and a commitment to upholding the Maison's standards.
