We are seeking a MIU MIU Client Advisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

Role Purpose and Client Engagement

The MIU MIU Client Advisor is responsible for delivering a memorable luxury customer experience, placing clients at the center of every interaction. This role involves discovering client needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, and serving as a Brand Ambassador. The Client Advisor will convey and promote the Brand philosophy and values, guiding clients into the world of Prada / Miu Miu. This position is accountable for achieving individual and store sales targets through proactive service, addressing customer needs both in-store and via the e-commerce channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent service in accordance with the “client journey ceremony”.
• Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance, contributing to the success of the entire store and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada / Miu Miu products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
• Capture customer data into the Company CRM to connect with clients, maintaining and developing relationships for a personalized approach and future opportunities.
• Host and conduct appointments either in person or leveraging technology for virtual appointments, embracing an Omni Channel mindset.
• Build and maintain knowledge of the luxury fashion world, staying informed on trends and competitors to offer informed advice to clients.
• Take ownership of resolving client complaints, liaising with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
• Operate with the highest level of care and respect for products, actively utilizing Company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
• Work in synergy with the Back of House, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
• Act in compliance with Company procedures on operational guidelines, stock, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and all main reporting activities.
• Work as a team player, fostering open and constructive communication to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing Diversity and inclusion values.

Candidate Profile

• 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a client-facing or retail role within the luxury sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual sales targets and KPI goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms for client engagement.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and products.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adhere to company procedures.
