The Role: Client Success & Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Client Success & Business Growth Manager (Account Manager) to serve as a key relationship owner between Suliyan and its clients. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves managing accounts, understanding client objectives and needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure services and projects are delivered to the expected standard. The position requires a commercial mindset and strong relationship-building capabilities to earn client trust, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, contribute to generating new business opportunities, and support the overall growth of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand clients’ businesses, objectives, and marketing needs, providing relevant recommendations.
• Manage and monitor multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Prepare briefs and clearly communicate client requirements to Marketing, Content, Creative, and other relevant internal teams.
• Monitor projects and deliverables to ensure agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct and follow up on regular client meetings to discuss performance, priorities, and next steps.
• Review account performance, reports, and results, translating them into clear client recommendations.
• Build strong, long-term professional relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
• Leverage professional relationships and networks to contribute to generating new business opportunities.
• Participate in pitches and commercial meetings, presenting the Company’s services and solutions to potential clients.
• Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
• Contribute to client retention, revenue growth, and account profitability.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. This includes roles in client success, account management, or business development where a commercial mindset and strong relationship-building capabilities were essential.
