The Role: Commis I - Saudi Talent

As a Commis I - Saudi Talent, you will be responsible for daily food preparation and assigned kitchen duties, ensuring all tasks meet established quality and operational standards. This role supports the culinary team in delivering high levels of customer service and providing effective solutions within the kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and work assignments.
• Prepare food items strictly according to menu specifications provided by the Chef de Partie.
• Maintain the work area in hygienic conditions at all times, adhering to hotel regulations and standards.
• Monitor and control food stock levels and food costs within your assigned section.
• Execute daily mis-en-place and food production across various sections of the main kitchen or satellite kitchens.
• Follow all instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation, staying informed about new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other kitchen sections regarding requirements, cleanliness, waste management, and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Commis I position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. The role requires individuals who are committed to culinary standards and effective teamwork.
