Role Overview

The Coop Allocation Reconciliation & Invoicing role is central to managing customer payments and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation. The individual will be responsible for processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with various internal teams to maintain precise accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate customer payments, including cheques and bank transfers, to specific invoices and customer accounts.
• Remove warnings and suspension flags for settled debts.
• Assist customers with queries and reconciliation issues related to their payments.
• Support the administration accounting division daily in reconciling collection balances between CAESAR, other accounting systems, and banks.
• Interact with the sales and sales receivable teams to identify received payments from banks.
