Overview of the Deals Manager, Buy-Side Role

The Deals Manager, Buy-Side is responsible for the end-to-end management of Nami's buyer-side operations. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The position is based in either Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves regional travel. The Deals Manager reports directly to the CEO and is supported by an analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure signed buy-side mandates from active acquirers.
  • Source and approach target businesses on behalf of acquirers, including those not currently in a sale process.
  • Manage Nami Alliance, an invitation-only platform providing verified acquirers access to signed mandates, and establish entry standards.
  • Screen acquisition opportunities and conduct commercial and financial analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive deal summaries and recommendations.
  • Coordinate communication and activities among buyers, sellers, and advisors.
  • Provide support during the due diligence and documentation phases.
  • Ensure continuous progress of deals through the pipeline, maintaining accurate records on the platform.

Required Experience and Location

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in either Jeddah or Riyadh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with an expectation of regional travel to support deal activities.

Compensation Structure

The compensation package includes a base salary benchmarked to the Big 4 Manager level within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A variable component is tied to signed mandates and closed deals, reflecting performance and contribution to Nami's success.
