At Rotana Hotels, we are passionate about providing extraordinary levels of customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities related to electrical equipment installation, maintenance, and inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the maintenance of all electrical equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical control panels.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records.
  • Distribute work to subordinates effectively.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for engineering staff.
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and respond appropriately.

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering with relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Essential skills include:
  • Proficient fault-finding and rectifying electrical systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
