Join Hilton as an Electrical Supervisor!
As an integral part of Hilton’s commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel. This role will require performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all maintenance issues within the hotel.
  • Administer daily maintenance checks and repair mechanical equipment to ensure an excellent experience for guests and members.
  • Conduct lift emergency release procedures as needed.
  • Maintain quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure the safety of all hotel fixtures and fittings, taking action on unsafe situations.
  • Develop and manage emergency and energy conservation programs for the property.
  • Oversee renovation projects including bidding, defining costs, and managing contractors.
  • Responsible for health and safety in the hotel with regular inspections.

Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to high customer service standards.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Previous management experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid certification.
  • Vocational training in engineering or a related field.
