The Position
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will work under the guidance of the Chief Engineer to operate, maintain, and repair electrical systems to optimize efficiency. You will conduct troubleshooting across various systems and manage maintenance routines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 8 years’ experience
• 4–8 years of direct experience in Hospitality Electrical and Control operation
• Ability to utilize control programs for troubleshooting
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

• Perform troubleshooting of electrical systems & maintain related equipment
• Operate and maintain High, Medium, and Low Volt electrical stations
• Service, install, and repair motors and electrical panels
• Monitor performance for maximum efficiency
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests

Health & Safety
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
