About the Role

Maximus KSA is seeking a Full-time Employer Services Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to building strong employer partnerships and identifying meaningful employment opportunities for Social Security beneficiaries. The specialist will drive engagement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes, contributing to positive community impact while achieving partnership and placement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture partnerships with employers across diverse sectors.
• Connect Social Security beneficiaries with suitable employment opportunities.
• Develop employer engagement initiatives, including internships and recruitment programs.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage employer relationships, gather market insights, and identify workforce opportunities.
• Monitor partnership outcomes, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employer Services, Recruitment, Business Development, Workforce Development, or similar fields.
• Proven experience in employer engagement, stakeholder management, and partnership development.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and employment services.
• Experience with government-funded programs is an advantage.
• Ability to travel for employer visits, networking events, and external engagements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience in workforce development, employment services, social impact, or career services.
• Understanding of local labor market trends.
• An existing network of employer contacts is a plus.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular travel for external engagements and employer visits as required.
